Wallace on his way to Massachusetts from Florida

One of the men accused of helping Aaron Hernandez in the North Attleboro murder is on his way back to Massachusetts.

Ernest Wallace was taken from a Florida jail this afternoon and is now being brought up to Massachusetts to face a charge of accessory to murder after the fact in the killing of Odin Lloyd.

Wallace turned himself in to police in Florida last week. Prosecutors say Hernandez orchestrated the execution?style shooting near the former Patriot's North Attleboro home last month.

Police say they have surveillance video showing Wallace and another man, Carlos Ortiz with Hernandez and Lloyd the night of the murder.
