House of the Day: 'The Bachelor' (Creator's) Pad | AOL Real Estate

Not that we're a fan of reality television shows, but we have to tip our hats to their creators, who -- thanks to hits such as ABC's "The Bachelor" -- are basically sitting on major bankroll and playing millionaire musical houses.

Take, for example, this $6.45 million mansion in Malibu, Calif., put on the market recently by "The Bachelor" creator and producer Mike Fleiss. Seems like Fleiss has been sitting pretty while his show's ratings continue to soar. His sprawling, beachfront Craftsman boasts endless ocean views and is luxuriously flanked by lush greenery. It has two bedrooms, three bathrooms and a to-die-for luxury pool.

Ironically, rumor has it that the man responsible for bringing so many couples together (for the cameras, anyway) hasn't had the same luck in love. Apparently, Fleiss is selling due to a divorce with his high school sweetheart, Alexandra Vorbeck.

Thanks to our friends at Zillow for the tip!
