Asked: I have a cold, so what are some good food/drinks I can have?
I have a wicked cold, and I know I need to get food in me, even though it hurts to have it. I am a vegetarian, so no meat based broths/soups. I am taking vitamin c drops, but what's a good recommended amount I should have? But I'm mainly looking for food I can eat.

Vegetable soup, milkshakes (cold for your throat) also cold is yogurt, ice cream, and pudding, oatmeal, hot tea with sugar and honey and lemon, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, noodles, applesauce. Keep in mind these foods won't necessarily help you feel better but they're easy to swallow if you have a sore throat. Feel better soon!! <3
