Business Development Executive ? (Sales)????

Coyne Textile Services is a dynamic, growth-oriented textile rental and service company specializing in shop towels, mats, uniforms, and other industrial products.? We are one of the largest privately held uniform rental companies in the United States.? We offer a broad line of services to customers in a wide variety of industries, serving small local companies, to large Fortune 500 companies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Selling products for Coyne Textile Services to business and industrial establishments by performing the following duties:
  • Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
  • Cold calls on prospective customers.
  • Travels throughout assigned territory to call on prospective customers to solicit orders, or talks with customers on sales floor or by phone.
  • Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained.
  • Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm's production and delivery schedules.
  • Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts.
  • Works with sales coordinators to keep account activities and literature up to date.
  • Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.

Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in an outside sales capacity selling products or services in a business-to-business selling environment

  • Demonstrated people skills to deal with customers and an?assertive personality

  • Effective time management, organization and ability to multi-task

  • Very good team player and works well under pressure?

  • Technical aptitude and computer literate required

  • Any previous?experience outside selling of service contracts or long term (3-5 year) industrial service contracts within the industry or related industries a plus?

  • College degree preferred
